Our BBQ area is located within the pool area. All guests are welcome to use this area during their stay. BBQ tools are available from reception. Please keep this area tidy & clean ready for the next person to use.

If required luggage may be stored at reception prior to arrival or upon departure.

Please be mindful of your temporary neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when late or early. Maintaining volume on TV, music etc at a reasonable level is also greatly appreciated.

Management reserves the right to evict without refund any person(s) causing undue noise, or whose behaviour is detrimental to the comfort of other guests.

The Pool area is open Daily from 8am – 8pm. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is provided for guests enjoyment, please refrain from running & jumping in the pool area.

Bottles & glass are not permitted in the pool area. Pool towels can be found in the tub located in the pool area or at reception during reception hours.

Fire regulations require smoke detectors to be installed in each room for your protection, but they may inadvertently be activated by smoke from a toaster etc.

If the alarm sounds it will continue until the smoke clears or the pause switch is activated.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

We require guests to smoke outdoors as it is almost impossible to quickly clear the smell of smoke from curtains, carpets, bedding etc. Smoking outside a door where the wind carries smoke into the building has the same effect as smoking inside the building. The residual smell can create an unpleasant situation for future guests.

You may smoke outside your room, ashtrays are located around the property for your use. Management reserves the right to charge for the additional cleaning involved in removing smell from smoke in rooms and for any loss of revenue incurred as a result of the residual smell of smoke making a room uninhabitable for arriving guests
