About Your Stay

Our BBQ area is located within the pool area. All guests are welcome to use this area during their stay. BBQ tools are available from reception. Please keep this area tidy & clean ready for the next person to use.

Express breakfast packs are available from reception at an extra charge. Gluten free option is also available. Alternatively, many local cafes offer breakfast daily within walking distance to the motel. Our recommendations are as below.

Check-in is anytime from 2pm. Reception is generally attended until 7pm Monday to Saturday and 4pm Sundays. Late check-in is available through our key safe when pre-arranged. Contactless check-in & payment is available upon request. Please contact reception to arrange.

Departure time is 10am. Late departure must be pre-arranged with reception upon booking. It is not always possible to accommodate such requests, particularly when the room is booked for an arrival on the departure day. Late departures incur an additional fee. A starter pack containing long life milk, tea, coffee & sugar are provided for your convenience. These items are replenished daily by Housekeeping. Coles Supermarket is located behind Hungry Jacks approximately 200 metres away for any further items you wish to purchase for your stay.

Housekeeping is offered daily from 9am. Please place the Do Not Disturb sign on your door if you do not wish to be disturbed or when no service is required. Should you require any additional items during your stay please dial 9.

If required luggage may be stored at reception prior to arrival or upon departure.

There are many Restaurants, Pubs & Cafes withing walking distance for meals. Some places offer takeaway or are available through Menulog for delivery. Our recommendations can be found below.

Please be mindful of your temporary neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when late or early. Maintaining volume on TV, music etc at a reasonable level is also greatly appreciated. Management reserves the right to evict without refund any person(s) causing undue noise, or whose behaviour is detrimental to the comfort of other guests.

The Pool area is open Daily from 8am – 8pm. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure your door to your suite is locked each time you leave as the contents and telephone accounts for your suite are your responsibility until your final departure.

All our rooms are non-smoking. We require guests to smoke outdoors as it is almost impossible to quickly clear the smell of smoke from curtains, carpets, bedding etc. Smoking outside a door where the wind carries smoke into the building has the same effect as smoking inside the building.
